Teaching
In my teaching, I aim to promote enthusiasm for and meaningful engagement with the ecosystems we inhabit and interact with as humans. I work toward this outcome by implementing (i) active and hands-on learning techniques; (ii) pedagogical approaches that are engaging and inclusive for students from diverse backgrounds; and (iii) teaching through research mentorship. My previous role as a teaching fellow at Foothill College has heavily influenced this teaching approach, which I continue to refine with each new teaching experience.
